As the CEO of Blue Cat Energy, Michael brings decades of experience in the solar industry and expertise in tax accounting to the evaluation and development of high-value solar opportunities. Before founding Blue Cat Energy, he built and led Dynamic Energy, a comprehensive solar solutions provider, for 13 years until its acquisition. Earlier in his career, he was a manager at PwC. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University.
As the CCO of Blue Cat Energy, Scott has extensive experience in the development, construction, and financing of community and utility-scale solar projects across more than 20 states. Earlier in his career, Scott worked at several leading renewable energy companies such as First Solar, Solyndra, groSolar/EDF, Leyline Capital, Dynamic Energy, and GE Renewables. Scott holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Duke University, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE.
Greg brings over a decade of experience leading large-scale operations and building renewable energy projects to his role as COO. He has previously held leadership roles at leading renewables companies like iSun, Pfister Energy, and Dynamic Energy and has a background in architecture.
Jesse is the Chief Development Officer at Blue Cat Energy, with over 15 years of experience in project origination, development, and technology innovation. As the former President of Cratus Energy, he led the development of more than 380 MW of distributed solar projects across multiple markets. His background also includes roles at Alion Energy, First Solar, and Turner Renewable Energy. Jesse holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
As the CFO of Blue Cat Energy, Andrew oversees finance, treasury, and human resources, playing a key role in shaping and executing the company's long-term growth strategy. He previously served as acting CFO of Dynamic Energy where he provided financial leadership for the company. Andrew holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
With over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, Stephen has contributed to the development, construction, and operation of hundreds of megawatts of solar projects, serving in roles including Project Engineer, QA/QC Manager, Project Manager, and Vice President at leading solar firms. Stephen specializes in technical design optimization and maximizing energy generation for C&I and utility-scale solar projects.
As Project Development Manager, Logan plays a cross-functional role supporting strategy, project development, and EPC services. Previously, he worked at a boutique consulting firm that conducted market research for mid to large-cap technology companies, where he also led internal initiatives in offshore expansion and AI integration. Logan holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Utah.
With a strong background in distributed generation and community solar, Kai supports financial modeling, pricing strategy, and project development. He has held similar roles at several leading solar companies such as DSD Renewables and Sol Systems. Kai holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.
